- Who is this for?
- Licensed recruitment agencies, boutique AI-specialist firms, and solo recruiters who want a steady inbound flow of qualified AI implementer leads without the cost of building their own demand engine.
- Do I have to hold a state employment-agency license?
- Yes — in every state you operate. FDEOS is a lead-gen + directory platform; we don't hold any agency licenses. Onboarding includes license confirmation.
- What does FDEOS charge?
- Monthly subscription (tier-dependent) plus a per-lead fee on claim ($200–$600 by lead quality). We never share in your placement fee or take a cut of any engagement you contract with the employer.
- How does first-claim-wins work?
- Each lead has a minimum tier visibility. Agencies at or above that tier can claim. Whoever claims first wins. No real-time bidding between agencies (intentionally — keeps the platform on the right side of antitrust hygiene).
- Can I refund a bad lead?
- Yes — if a lead is clearly fraudulent, duplicate, or unreachable within 5 business days, the per-lead fee is refunded. Subscription is not. We do not refund on outcome.
