How are implementers matched to roles?

Match score is computed nightly as (capability overlap × proficiency) + vertical fit + location/remote alignment + availability + recency decay. Refreshed materialized view; full breakdown is exposed on every match.

Can I hide my profile from my current employer?

Yes. Toggle 'hidden from employer domain' in settings — we exclude any employer account matching your stated current employer's domain (and subdomains) from seeing your profile, even on Talent Search.
